Fully trained by industry leader, Bona Ltd. in wood floor sanding and refinishing, we offer a dust free service. This includes sanding, restoring and refinishing the floor using stains, oils and waxes to restore old floors to their original glory. New unfinished wood floors can also be treated using the same methods to create a unique finish or to match in with an existing old floor.

hard floor cleaning

Perfect-Fit provide a hard floor cleaning & maintenance program available to both commercial and domestic customers. Once you have a new floor installed it's important to maintain it regularly.

​We opt for a reliable and effective method of hard floor cleaning,  using a 'power scrubber' from industry leader Bona Ltd. This machine is aggressive enough to remove dirt and stains but has no detrimental effect on the finish of the hard floor, providing a deep clean with fantastic results.

sub floor preparation

We can carry out sub floor preparation ahead of your chosen flooring being fitted. This includes, self levelling screeds, damp proof membranes, relative moisture checks of concrete sub floors and diamond grinding of concrete floors.
