Perfect-Fit are also able to provide a hard floor cleaning & maintenance program available to both commercial and domestic customers.
Once you have a new floor installed it's important to maintain it regularly - typically every 6 months for commercial use and every year for a domestic hard floor, this of course can vary a bit depending on foot fall.
We opt for a reliable and effective method of hard floor cleaning, using a 'power scrubber' from industry leader Bona Ltd. This machine is aggressive enough to remove dirt and stains but has no detrimental effect on the finish of the hard floor, providing a deep clean with fantastic results.
Once the hard floor cleaning is complete, we'd look to apply a new top dressing which would provide extra protection and prolong the wear layer of the floor. The results can be astonishing and it's a relatively cost effective way of refreshing your floor without having to either re-finish or replace your existing floor. It's also a quick and mess free process, with no real inconvenience or disturbance to you or your customers.
